Our Process
Give our designers a call; we are always looking for new challenges. We love making your dreams a reality. We’ll discuss your requirements asking you questions such as; what finishes, styles, colours you would like and what you need from your new interior.
This is the stage we want to gather as much information as possible. We want to clearly understand your objectives to ensure we can meet your requirements. When we embark on your Ken Rand journey, we join you in partnership, creating a lasting, symbiotic relationship.
Layout & Concept Development
To help us visualise the space and any parameters we need to work within, we will ask you to take some photographs of the area, as well as a simple layout with measures.
Once we have received your layout and photographs, our design team will be able to work on a mood board to suggest suitable products that meet your requirements, to start building up a concept for your space.
We will also work on a 2D plan to aid the visualisation of your interior.
Quotation & 3D Visuals
At this stage we review the project with you: a telephone meeting will be arranged with one of our designers or project managers. This is your opportunity to feedback on the design proposal, to make any adjustments you feel are necessary with your new interior.
Following your review we will produce a budget quote to give you an idea on how much your project will cost. We hope to reach a project agreement at this stage. We will produce 3D visuals for you to further envision your new space.
Site Visit
Once the plans have been agreed upon, we will make a visit. This is an opportunity to double check the measurements of the space and account for any potential problems that may occur. We can add these considerations into our timing or make any relevant alterations.
Project Management
A program of works will be agreed with yourself and our project manager. This is when the project will be undertaken by highly experienced fitters which are in direct contact with us. These are our trusted contractors who embody the Ken Rand passion for dedication and quality.
Completion & Invoice
Upon project completion, we ensure that all work has been finished and to the highest quality. If the result is not as you imagined, we will work hard to resolve any issues to ensure complete project satisfaction. Our accounts department will then work through the invoicing and paper work with you.
