The student response to the new LCR has been tremendous. The students take particular delight using the comfy bespoke seating areas. Break times were always busy but there has been an increase in the number of students using the library. Many comments on the resemblance to a ‘proper library’. They feel it has a public library feel to the space and as such they are treating it with care and respect. The colour scheme is both bright and contemporary as is the benching for the computers and the study tables and chairs.
