HOW WE WORK

1. Phone us on 02392452767 or contact us, Whether it is for a single piece of furniture, a reception desk, a fitted storage/display solution or perhaps a project encompassing several floors. In fact, we can do the complete interior refurbishment including ceiling, flooring, lighting, etc.
2. Our priority is to discover whether there is a successful partnership between you and us. The result is that sometimes our focus can be upon disqualifying potential business rather than attempting to sell our service. In all instances, we are seeking a lasting relationship which can only happen if we are both looking for a mutually beneficial result.
3. We will ask you various questions about your project (i.e. budget, description of your requirements) and ask you to send materials such as sketched plans, photographs and any other information you can provide us with.
4. We are now at the stage where we can produce a set of 2D plan drawings with section elevation and 3D visuals.
5. You and Ken Rand Partners will review the drawings and make any changes at this point.
6. Once the plans are agreed we will make a site visit to measure up, and look for any potential problems so that we can make any further alterations to the plans if necessary. Further to our visit we will also produce a quotation.
7. A Programme of works will be agreed with yourself and our suppliers. The project will be undertaken by highly experienced fitters that are in direct contact with us.
8. Upon project completion we will ensure that all work has been finished to your satisfaction and as specified in our drawings. If there should be any problem areas we will resolve these to ensure complete satisfaction at handover. We will then send our invoice and ask you to write a testimonial, with your permission will include your project in our future promotions.
